Maintenance Packages

Phonelink Maintenance offer a number of different Maintenance Packages depending on the level of care required. Primarily we deal with Alcatel, Siemens, Panasonic, BT and Meridian Norstar phone systems of all ages and can provide additional handsets and expansion options as well as general Maintenance contracts.

The 3 different levels of care are Standard Care, Extra Care and Total Care. Each of the 3 packages are briefly described below, for any questions regarding any contracts or to discuss any details, please call us on 01792-875999.

We provide Maintenance Customers with a Dedicated Fault Hotline and an email to report faults if they require.

Standard Care : Monday – Friday 9-5

This is the most popular choice of cover and is designed to respond to customer service calls between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) with a response time between 4 to 16 hours depending on the nature and urgency of the call.
However, in the most urgent cases every effort will be made to respond within the hour.

Extra Care : Monday – Saturday 9-5

This is the extended choice of cover that includes Saturdays and is designed to respond to customer service calls between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays) with a response time between 4 to 16 hours depending on the nature and urgency of the call. In the most urgent cases every effort will be made to respond within the hour.

Total Care : Everyday – 24 hour a day cover

The care under this type of contract is as the name suggests TOTAL, with cover for 365 days of the year, 24 hours a day without exclusion.
Response times are between 4 to 16 hours depending on the nature and urgency of the call. However, in the most urgent cases every effort will be made to respond within the hour.
